Here at Great Area Rugs, we believe only in customer satisfaction; anything less is unacceptable. We will do everything in our power to make sure your shopping experience with us is an enjoyable one. We ensure this at all three stages of the sales process:

 

Before The Sale: For starters, our Low Price Guarantee ensures that you are getting a great deal. We put our money where our mouth is, and if you find a rug for sale cheaper than ours, we'll beat it by 10% (if you haven't ordered from us yet), or we'll refund you the difference +10% (if you have already purchased it from us). This is our guarantee to you!

 

At The Sale: We sell only fine quality brand name rugs and rug pads from very reputable manufacturers who all back their products with an incredible warranty! All our rugs are brand new, and in pristine condition. See Manufacturer Warranties for details.

 

After The Sale: We'll ship your order for free, and within 3 business days of your purchase (typically faster). We provide you with tracking numbers, and will keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way (you can also check the status of your order yourself anytime through our "Check Order Status" tab located above, or simply click Here). Our Return Policy guarantees you satisfaction and the ability to quickly and easily make returns should the occasional problem arise (such as shipping damages, manufacturer's defect, etc). We will take care of you through and through, no questions asked! That is our guarantee!
